Service Overview

Our full property management service includes:

  • Free market appraisal. Our experienced Lettings Manager will arrange an appointment to get to know you and your property better. They’ll provide a current market valuation including a detailed report with comparable properties and explain the whole rental process in more detail.
  • Premium marketing strategy. We will produce professional photography, an eye catching description, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), and an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) for your property. This information will then be shared with our live database of thousands of registered applicants, uploaded to all major property portals, and featured on the Reside website and other channels to maximise reach in order to  secure suitable tenants at the best possible rent in the current prevailing market conditions
  • Drawing up an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and other associated paperwork for the term of your agreed tenancy, including credit checks and references for all prospective tenants and guarantors
  • Full Home Condition Report & Inventory (at an additional cost)
  • Expert support, every step of the way. All property viewings will be fully accompanied by one of our lettings experts. You will receive regular updates of your property status and viewing feedback. Once the property has a prospective tenant(s) lined up, our Client Services team will then guide you through the move in process. We will manage the tenant check-in and check-out process, along with;
  • Rent Collection. Lease Renewals. Regular property inspections
  • Organising routine repairs and maintenance. Management of utility suppliers
  • Sourcing quotes for Rent Guarantee & Legal Expenses Insurance
