The Developer

Emerging trends in Manchester’s residential market show that purchasers are seeking properties with more space and a higher specification.

We wanted to set a new benchmark for luxury living in the city. The main driver has therefore been a focus on quality over quantity – 14 different apartment types across a total of just 24 apartments gives the scheme an air of an exclusive boutique hotel.
